Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
maybe we should excalate it via FB? at least there will be some mass reaction to it

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
When I try to add a new Office 365 email to my outlook I get the error below. I think it's because of my "Work or school account" which I want to remove. I'm not sure how my email was signed up for this second account. I set up this computer for home use only, I won't be using any of the Microsoft Azure features.
My question is, what will happen when I remove my “work account” and leave my Microsoft account? Everything is backed up on Onedrive, I just don’t know what to expect because when I went to remove it, it warned me about losing data and settings.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I agree with Paco CC 1000% - where is MICROSOFT in fixing this issue?
As Paco CC forcefully declares, people are LOSING THEIR JOBS on this issue...
Microsoft is valued at $2 TRILLION dollars! They need to FIX THIS ISSUE!
Just "Google" this error and there are THOUSANDS of users being impacted and for a LONG TIME - it is PARALYZING and PUNITIVE - just FIX IT!
hi, I have the same issue for 3 months with my boss's laptop, I still cannot solve it, I have tried to do everything that I see in the microsoft forums and what you mention and I already did, and I can't solve the problem, we need that you solve this problem, I can lose my job because of this problem, because I can not solve it, please help me.
HELP ME PLEASE!!!
I have a similar case with one of our users, while he is using more than one account, the login id / email is different between the accounts.
Using the "only sign into this app" helps to some degree, he still gets authentication popups all the time which makes it a pain to work.
If you require any logs or troubleshooting, please feel free to reach out.
Many thanks and best
Dirk
