Outlook for Android opening links in internal browser

Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc. 

Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.

    IMHO Microsoft has just gotten too big for its britches.  It started several years ago when they came up with Microsoft 365.  What a bunch of **** that they want you to pay for the use of their software each year.

    Never let the facts get in the way of a good (igno)rant.

    Microsoft GIVES YOU THE OPTION of subscribing to Office 365, but you also have the option of paying a one off fee for a single copy on a single PC.

    Microsoft released an update a month ago (screenshots posted here on November 5th) that includes a toggle switch in the Microsoft Outlook app for Android - "Use default browser". There has been at least 1 more update since then - version 4.2045.2 was released on November 25th. 

    With this toggle turned on, links in emails open in the system default browser, not in the Outlook browser.

    are you sure?

    nobody else's is

    how do you know?

    swipe to the bottom of the page and if you get 3 dots in the middle

    press them and see if "open in browser"  is one of the options

    if so, you are opening it in the ms outlook browser

    It is only really noticeable because passwords and form filling will be remembered separately than the ones in your normal browser

    I am on .2 and the toggle is there, it just doesn't change where outlook opens links
