Outlook for Android opening links in internal browser

Hi, I noticed that all my links in my Android Outlook app open in an in build browser instead of the app, (such as youtube) This is really frustrating as I have to do other steps to find the option to 'Open in browser' so it then opens in the youtube app. This is for all links amazon, twitter etc. 

Is there any way to disable this option? I am unable to find it in settings withtin the app.

    Yeah, I realize that. Problem is that it doesn't work properly......!!!!!

    In particualr, many app-specific behaviours don't work, especially functions relying on being automatically logged into 3rd-party apps.

    Previously, if the link I'm following from an email was a notification for a 3rd-party app, eg Strava, eBay etc the link would initally open in Chrome but then immediately & automatically redirect to open in the installed app.

    Now, with the awesome built-in Outlook browser, the following happens :-

    I click the link from the email;

    Link opens in Outlook browser;

    I click the 3-dot menu button;

    I click "open in browser"

    Phone redirects to Google Play Store and opens the app download page for the native 3rd-party app;

    If I'm lucky (but not always) that page will present an "Open" button to open the (already installed) app relevant to the link in the original email.

    So am I supposed to believe that going from one click to many clicks for the same operation is an improvement?

    I resolved the issue by uninstalling Outlook and then reinstalling. Others resolved the issue by clearing their cache in the Outlook app. You can try one of those, although I think they do the same thing.

    «This is a new Edge webview experience with the Bing search capabilities which is expected. There is no way to disable this at the moment. However, if you want to open a link in the default browser, you will need to click the link, then tap on the overflow menu at the bottom and choose "Open in Browser".»

    According to Support

However, if you want to open a link in the default browser, you will need to click the link, then tap on the overflow menu at the bottom and choose "Open in Browser".»

    Using the latest version of Outlook for Android and whenever i click on a link it opens in the internal browser. From there I'm able to open it in my default browser, but that adds an extra step. 

    Is there an option to use an external app?
