Outlook will not open Windows 10

Hi Sue,

If your Outlook won't open, please follow the steps to check if the issue persists.

1. Press "Win + R" and type "Outlook.exe /resetnavpane" to check if Outlook opens.
2. Press "Win + R" and type "Outlook.exe /safe" to check if Outlook opens.

While if the issue persists, I'd like to collect the following info before we process further.

1. May I know if the following window pops up when you open Outlook? If so, is there any error message? Please capture a screenshot of the error message for us.

2. If there's no error message, please open Word and go to File > Account > About Word to capture a screenshot of the Office suite version info.

Hmm, I followed those instructions as far as the screen shot, but of course that is not helping to open Outlook yet, which just doesn't respond at all when I click on the OL icon.

I have Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365

MS has just done a upgrade a couple of days ago and yesterday I could not open OL.  I now have it open through safe mode, but cannot see through the:

Within OL>File>Options>Add-ins>Manage Com Add-ins>Go....... what is listed whether active or not?

What is supposed to be open or not - what exactly should be open here?
