Outlook will not open Windows 10

I have had this problem for 2 days on my lap top.  Outlook 365 will not open in start uninstalled it last night and reinstalled it with advice off someone it was ok last night then back to not opening any advice please?

My Outlook Windows 7 on my PC is fine

    That usually means you did not put a space between Outlook and /safe. If you leave out the space, Windows thinks its all one word and cannot find it. So:

    Outlook /safe

    Outlook /resetnavpane

    I am having the same problem. All of a sudden Outlook stopped working on my PC. I rebooted. Clicking on icon in system tray on programmes listing sees the "loading ring" appear and turn for a couple of seconds before nothing.

    I followed the advice about pressing Win and R, and entering either "Outlook.exe /resetnavpane" or "Outlook.exe /safe", but in both cases get an error mode telling me Windows cannot find the file and asking me to check the spelling.

    Please advise what I should do next.

    That error message is often associated with a damaged or corrupt Outlook Profile. Please consider creating a new one and adding your email account(s) to it.

    I have tried every suggestion given including deleting and program, reinstalling, restarting etc. I can't open the app to change anything within the program.
