"Personalized email address" missing in my Outlook.com premium

I have a GoDaddy domain , I'm using it from several weeks.

Today I've open Premium tab and "Personalized email address" is missing!

A friend have just completed the domain transfer to GoDaddy and he would to activate his personal domain on Outlook.com but "Personalized email address" is missing for him also. 

Me and my friend have an active Office 365 Home subscription.

What's happens ?

Outlook | Web | Outlook.com | Settings

    Apparently it's a big M$ is working on.  

    Tuesday May 26th they should have a fix for it.

    Any one asked for a refund or something? for me key feature is missing...

    Same thing here! I cannot now see the personalised domain under premium tab?

    I did manage to successfully create a personalised email using the personalised domain under the premium tab on May 18th, now the personalised domain button is missing under the premium tab.

    I am also trying to setup a personalised email for a family member on Microsoft 365 Family account, the personalised domain button is missing under the premium tab.

    This is frustrating.
