Hotmail account repeatedly locked

On Sat Jan 8, 2022, my outlook/hotmail account was temporarily locked due to "unusual activity". I requested a verification code, and my account was unlocked. I changed my password. I logged in OK the next day. I can receive emails, but as soon as I send an email, my account is locked again. What can I do?

I have this as well on my other email!

However I now cannot unlock my account as I’ve used my phone number too many times!

It also tells me “don’t worry this sign in was unsuccessful” okay… but why keep locking me :(

Annoying as I use both emails!

I also had so much tied to mine. Stressful is an understatement. Now your issue might be deeper than mine :(

Yes it is. I have so many things tied up with my email address. It will be a pain to change but they need to resolve soon as I can’t keep on like this.
