Missing 'My Templates' Button in Outlook

One user has been using Templates in Outlook for some time, but this morning the 'View Templates' button is missing when composing an email.

On other PC's, I can see that the button is still there and is an Add-In from Microsoft called 'My Templates'

When trying to re-add the Add-In, using the Get Add-Ins option in Outlook, the My Templates Add-in is not available.  

Does anyone know if this has been permanently removed?

If so, would anyone know where the saved templates would be?  I have checked in %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates but there is nothing in there.

This issue is now resolved, It took 3 plus hours for users to notice. Solution is below;

"Just in case, if anyone who is still experiencing this issue, please contact your administrator sign into Exchange Admin Centerand negative to organization > add-ins to disable and re-enable “My Template” add-in. After that, you may need to re-start the Outlook client or refresh the browser if you are using Outlook web APP to check the result."

    I too am experiencing this issue with two users as of now.  I logged into the local EAC and went to Organization, Add-ins.  I do see the My Templates in there.  I double clicked on the add-in and unchecked the box, saved, and then checked it again to enable it.  I restarted Outlook and it still wasn't there.  I then logged into the Office 365 portal and went to the EAC there and found the add-ins section.  I did the same thing.  I refreshed the Manage add-ins section on the OWA client and the add-in showed up now.  I restarted Outlook and it is now there when I compose a new email.

    I will verify with other users, but this looks like it might do the trick.

    there is NO "My Template" add in to re-enable.  I can connect to the Microsoft App Store from the installed add ins page, but even in the store, not results for 'my templates'.  Please provide better details to find and enable the templates that were previously active.
