Locked Account

Today out of nowhere my Microsoft account has been locked.  I have filled the form at "aka.ms/compliancelock" about 6 hour ago but so far haven't gotten any confirmation email or anything to know if my request has even been logged anywhere.  This account has Office 365 for Home subscription and the least MSFT can do is acknowledge that my request has been received.   

No access to over 250 GB in OneDrive, Skype, Email anything.

Extremely frustrated,  can someone please guide me what to do?

    We are on vacation and my wife tried to sign into her Hotmail account on my computer.  She has been locked out and we tried to reset the password to the tune of filling out forms numerous times to reset - every time they say the info is incorrect - we filled it out with know info that they asked for - we have filled out so many forms we can try again for 24 hours - she needs some info from her account and the process Microsoft uses is absurd.  I have tried to talk to a human at Microsoft - no luck - Can anyone help with this   Thanks

    I am having the same problem, my account got locked for some unknown reason. The application to unlock won't accept my phone number and its now been almost 3 weeks since I raised the call with the Microsoft Customer Service team (SIR0863101) and still not even a response (except for the automated one).. Its crazy, I have an upcoming flight that i can't get the details for. I have tried 2 online chats and both utterly useless. Microsoft need to sort this out.

    It has now been over 48 hours and I still have no communication from anyone on the alternate address I provided.  Can someone guide me as to what I can possible do now?
