Same problem. I find the easiest fix is to resize the preview pane, which redraws the scroll bar correctly. Just moving it a few pixels does it.

This is definitely a bug. It occurs on all clients I have seen...

Hope there is a fix soon!

    Definitely a bug.

Appeared on an update about 4 mos ago.

Files a case with MS and was told to update my video driver.  No success.

    It occurs on multiple workstations.

Quick fix is to drag right side of windows right then back left

    Hardware acceleration is disabled

Pretty sure its an MS issue.

    Hi Everyone,

We are still working on the fix, please check if the following workarounds work for you:

    1. Restart Outlook.
    2. Disable "Automatically group according to arrangement" under "Group by" settings (View -> Current View Settings).

    1. Make sure that you have installed the same bit version associated with the Windows system version.
    2. Update Outlook to the latest version.

    Thanks,

    Lance
