This was my engagement with the email support i've seen recommended in a multitude of other threads:
Me:
Calendar sharing notifications continue to show up in UTC +00:00 Monrovia, Reykjavik timezone for my and my
wife's outlook.com accounts. We have checked the timezone settings in the outlook.com AND our Microsoft account. There are also hundreds of posts in the Microsoft forum regarding this exact problem. What is the solution?

The Response:
Hi,
Thank you for reaching Outlook Web Support, this is Joseph and I will be handling your concern.
As I have read, the sharing of your calendar events time does not sync on your current time zone. You do not need
to worry, I will do my best to assist you!
I can see here that you have already checked the settings on your email regarding this issue and it seems like
all are fine on the date and time zone.
What we are going to do here is to check if it is an issue with your browser. have you tried to access your account
using another browser like Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer to test?
Please let me know if this works. Thank you for reaching Outlook Web Support, have a great day!
Regards,
Joseph Z

SMH: Why does Microsoft "Support" have to be such an oxymoron to the word's true
meaning?! It's not rocket science, it's employing educated people who ACTUALLY look into a problem and research a solution. COUNTLESS people have identified the problem as being on Microsoft's side including myself, a Microsoft Certified Sr.
Network Engineer...whose primary job is MS Exchange for a 6k+ associate organization... period. This has been dragging on ALL YEAR. Do
something Microsoft.
