I'm sorry to inform you we don't have the ability to revert back to the classic version of Hotmail. All hotmail accounts have already been updated to use the new and Improved Hotmail Webmail.

sorry to say since I went to OUTLOOK I have problems constantly signing in to get my e-mail. I may be forced to switch to another site!!

My friend where is the updated and and improved version?its really difficult to open the mail and also so many hurdles not really user friendly, The older version was quite better, Its pusing the user to switch to other mail

Yes, I agree I have the same problem. Ever since I switched to the new version of Hotmail per Windows request I have had issues signing. However I never have this much trouble signing in to Google G mail. My personal opinion is they are going to lose loyal 15- 20 year customers like me due to this change.

New version is very pathetic. It takes lot of time to load it.. Other email service is far far better. Why Microsoft is forcing us to use new interface...
