Is there a way to have contact pictures sync to Outlook.com Contacts/People? When I use the hotmail connector sync my contacts from Desktop Outlook, the cantacts show in Outlook.com, but without the photos. When I have my phone contacts download from Outlook.com there are no photos shown on the phone. If I assign a photo to a contact on the phone, it does not sync back to outlook.com.
I switched from google to outlook.com, but may have to switch back if I cant find a way to fix the outlook.com contact photos. This worked fine on GMail.

Hi CurtMcgirt,
Please be informed that in Outlook.com there is no way for us to add or change the photos of your contacts.
It is possible that those features are only on that device that's why you have that option.
You can refer to the feedback page given by the previous moderator above.
Let me know if we can help with anything else.
Thank you.
on my android phone and tablet, if I set up my hotmail account in the default Email app as an Exchange ActiveSync account, the Hotmail contact photos I have in outlook 2013 do appear on the phone and tablet. and I can edit those contacts, so that if I add a picture to a contact on either device, it shows up in outlook 2013 on the next send/receive.
so, if you're keeping score at home, android can show me my outlook.com contact photos and let me add my own contact photos, but outlook.com and the windows 8 (and 8.1 Preview, if it matters) People app can't. or won't.
this also means that our outlook contact photos are already being synced to, and are already living in, the outlook.com cloud with our contacts, like we expect them to be. I guess Microsoft just isn't showing them to anyone who hasn't bought outlook.
or an android device.
Please try to expedite this..... We want to switch to Outlook from GMail completely.. So many requests from similar treats in the Community forum. Look :
