I Can't Access My Hotmail Inbox

When I sign into my account I cannot see my inbox.

I get the Microsoft account page containing the Overview, Notifications etc, but cannot see any way to access my emails.

    I understand that you are having problem accessing your Inbox. Let me assist you on this matter and rest assured that I will do my best to help you sort this out.

    We would like to ask a few questions so we can isolate the issue that you are encountering. Please reply with the answers to the following questions:

    • Does this happen when you try accessing your account from the same computer with a different browser?  Yes

    • Have you tried it on a different computer?  I can access my emails on my iPhone, no problem. So why can`t I access them on my laptop ?

    It is possible that you are experiencing this issue because of your browser. It would be best if you optimize your browser to make sure that it isn’t contributing to this issue. This will also serve as an initial troubleshooting step to improve browser performance. After optimizing, re-launch your browser and check if you encounter the same problem.

    If your Inbox seems to be blocked, we recommend you sign in to your account via https://mail.live.com/ to re-enable it.

    We would also highly appreciate if you could provide additional information and an exact error message (if any) that you are receiving so that we can facilitate our next actions.

    The additional information you’ll provide will help us investigate the issue and facilitate our next actions. Please do let us know how you get on and somebody will work with you if the issue continues.

    I just want to access my emails, using the same procedure I have done for years. Which is: I got to Hotmail.com which then takes me on to Outlook where I access my emails. But it`s not happening and all I get is a blank page with Outlook.com-Microsoft free in the top left hand side box. What do I do !!!!!!

    Hii i am unable to see my hotmail inbox .when i login it showes me my gmail emial id and nothing els please help me to get back to my hotmail inbox thanks in advance .

    Hey Jeffrey - I just tried opening my Hotmail account on my desktop and I get the following URL with a blank window (my Inbox appears and then disappears!):  https://blu170.mail.live.com/default.aspx?id=64855&owa=1&owasuffix=owa%2f

    Can you tell me what's going on?  FYI I have no problem getting Hotmail messages on my iPad or phone.
