I Can't Access My Hotmail Inbox

When I sign into my account I cannot see my inbox.

I get the Microsoft account page containing the Overview, Notifications etc, but cannot see any way to access my emails.

    I can no longer sign in to get my emails from my hotmail account on this computer

    I can't even get email screen states something like I don't have an account and I do
