When I sign into my account I cannot see my inbox.
I get the Microsoft account page containing the Overview, Notifications etc, but cannot see any way to access my emails.

Are you saying that when you log into http://mail.live.com/ you don't see the folder "Inbox", along with your other folders, in the left-hand folder list?

Hi,
Thank you for taking time to share your thoughts with us. Microsoft is gearing towards changes that will give Microsoft account users the best online experience. Inherent of these changes are the pros and cons. If you like, you can go to our Feedback page and tell us what you think will suit to your preferences as a valued customer. This will motivate Microsoft to find more ways to meet those needs/demands from the customers.

Our inboxes are NOT BLOCKED we just can't find anywhere to click that says INBOX!!!! We just want access to our emails. Aren't you listening to anything that people are saying here. This is now nearly 2 years since you were alerted to this problem. PUT A CLICKABLE SPOT ON EACH PAGE THAT ALLOWS A USE TO GO DIRECTLY TO THEIR EMAILS. LABEL IT #INBOX#. That's all we want. Otherwise we have to use some other email provider. I can actually get my inbox on my phone but now I am worried that if I hit a wrong tab I will be locked out there also!!! Gmail works fine why not you???

What URL did you start with? Was it http://mail.live.com/ or http://www.hotmail.com/ or http://www.outlook.com/? Those are the proper URLs to use when connecting. You may get redirected to a specific server (I got blu184 just now), but it's best to start with the main address.
