i cant sign in

Hi,

With the warning that a reset will delete AutoComplete data, such as passwords (do you have those backed up?) and you will have to reinstall or re-enable browser add-ons, use the Reset IE Settings button in Internet Options> Advanced.

What a reset of IE settings will do:

    Don? Do you actually read the questions?? If you did then you would get the gist of it, WE CANNOT SIGN IN TO READ OUR EMAILS, yeah, we can sign it but hey ho it brings us to "Outlook" with NO LINK to our inbox, junk, deleted, sent boxes?

    previously we just signed in and wham, we were right into our inbox, do you understand now?

    there is no link / option / way we can get stright in to read mails like we used to, I never signed up for this outlook malarky, I signed up for hotmail/ login.live who gave anyone the right to change it without us (the members') permission or say so, everyone has personal things in there and it is for NO ONE else to access or change without the name holders permission......... a true tribute to the saying that "Big Brother Is Watching You"  are our accounts and login passwords being monitored/saved/copied...

    PLEASEEEE do NOT reply with 

    Please tell us...

    1. What exactly is going wrong? In what way is the process not working?
    2. If there is an error message, what's the content of that message?
    3. Which version of windows?
    4. Which version of Internet Explorer?
    5. Do not post the email address (forum software will remove it) but what's after (at) in the address? outlook dot com? hotmail.com?

    Mines is either live dot co dot uk or hotmail dot co dot uk

    and all of the above that you reply to a lot of the questions is irrelevant...!!!! Anyone anywhere USED TO be able to log right into their mails inbox no matter the windows version internet explorer number or anything

    All we are asking is HOW CAN WE GET INTO """"""""""OUR"""""""""""""""" EMAILS?????

    Why is is such a hard question to answer in a few words without asking a spiel of questions irrelevant to the quiery?
