    As soon as I can do so, I am going to transfer ALL contacts (including the rarely heard from ones) to my alternate e-mail and THIS garbage one called "OUTLOOK" (instead of the perfectly decent, NOT broken "Hotmail" one I had for YEARS) will be left for interfering spammers, etc. ONLY!

    I will no longer even be using "MSN.COM" for news updates and homepage ever again!

    I have had NON-STOP issues trying to log in for e-mail check since you started the new "code required" cr@p.  EVERY time I ask for a new code to be sent to my alternate e-mail, it NEVER SHOWS UP!   When I just clicked on the "Contact support" link you mentioned, it told me to sign in....but when I tried to do so, all I got was a white page with the blue top banner and logo!

      THIS SUX BIG TIME!!!

     I only have 3 days remaining before mandatory codes required and I NEVER GET ANY!!!

    What happens next...permanently blocked from MSN/Outlook e-mail?!

       It is NOT my issue....it is YOURS!!!    I am on an APPLE MAC with ZERO viruses, bugs, etc.; ALL cache, history and cookies cleared multiple times and password changed at least 3 times in the last 8 or so days!

       GET WITH IT AND HELP US!!!

         Without my Outlook e-mail, I am stuck with my alternate e-mail----which isn't much better than this place.

    I am waiting on an email from a potential employer that would be hiring me for my dream job. 6 years I have had hotmail with no problems. The day I expect this email microsoft screws things up and I cannot access my email account. You better not screw this up for me.
