    Hi, I created an account for microsoft a few months back. But now when i try to sign in it says that my account does not exist. I have even tried to creat a new account, but it sayas that my email account is not availabel. That email is my primary account. i had to creat one withthis email that i no longer use just to talk to somebody. can someone help me get my main account back

    I've been locked out of my account for over a year now. I don't have the phone number active that i used a sign up anymore. I do have an alternate email address. But once I reset my password. it tells me that " It appears someone else is using your account... Well Microsoft if my alternate email address works, why am I still unable to sign in.

    I gave up, it happen before and I managed to get back in. No sooner than that, I was locked out again. I saved a back text file of my previous reset and security codes, could that be enough info? I can't believe I'm still trying today.

    sorry i don't know where to post but i am in big problem right now.my account has been hacked & i cant get my account back.i have tried all available steps to get my email back but i am unable to get.please help me to get my email. I have used that email for lots of social network but my twitter got hacked coz my email was hacked.please me please.please help me. please guys please help me to get my email.
