Select the error you need help with and fill out the requested details on the following page. Please note you’ll need to be signed in with a Microsoft account to access the form. If you are unable to access your primary account, you can use an alternate account (if you have one) or create a new one at https://signup.live.com.

    I had not used my hotmail account for a month or so. when I logged in today I could not get in so assumed I had forgot my password or account name so I signed up again with a new password. when I logged in I discovered all my previos messages in my inbox had dissappeared. how can I retrieve all my my messages from my last account which had the same personal details?

    Personally, I created almost 100 support cases, and I'm still being ignored. My account has been blocked for several weeks.Maybe you can bring this to the attention of people with me the password and security question
