How to change signature in new hotmail?

I just seen the new settings page (Haven't went on it in a while..) and can't find out how to change my signature :(

Thank you for posting your query here in Microsoft Community forums. We understand that you want to edit your account's email signature.

To edit your email signature on Outlook.com, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in your Outlook.com account here: https://outlook.com.
  2. Click the Cog icon located at the upper right side of the page and select More mail settings**.**3. Under Writing email, click on Formatting, font and signature
  3. Enter the desired email signature and then click Save

Check this one in 3 Easy Steps.

  1. Click on Setting icon in the top Right of your Hotmail id, Click on "More mail settings" in the drop down panel.
  2. Click on "Formatting, font and signature" with in Writing email option
  3. write your signature in ":personal signature" and click on save.

    Hello Lagovista(2),

    Our apologies for the delayed response on your inquiry. I understand that you want to change your signature. Kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in using your Microsoft account.
    2. From your Inbox, click onOptions (located at the right part of the Inbox) and then More options...
    3. On Writing email, chooseMessage font and signature.
    4. Create your signature. Once done, click onSave.

    This doesn't work either. When I open a new email>options>menu drop down only has Rich text, Plain text, edit in HTML, then a seporator and under that it says, High Priority, Normal Priority, Low Priority

    Also I don't have a 'gear' icon next to my name when I am not trying to write a new email.  I have no clue where to go to find the Options that will allow me to change my signature.
