    2. Click Options.

If the issue still persists, we’d like you to provide us the answers to the following questions below so we could investigate and eliminate the possible causes of this issue:

    • Does the issue happen when using a different computer?
    • Do other Microsoft accounts encounter the same issue when using your computer?
    • Does the same thing happen when you access your account from the same computer with a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome)?

We look forward to hearing from you.

HI: I too am having trouble finding a way to edit my "signature" in the new and "improved" (???) Outlook version of Hotmail.  When I click on "setting" icon, all that I get to see is the tab or "HELP and FEEDBACK".  No "More mail settings" appears.

I am running Vista - and changing my signature in hotmail used to work exactly the way you describe.  It just does not anymore.

can you shed light on this?
