    Hi David,

Still having issues? Did you try a newer build?

    Hi Matthew,

Did you try a new version of Insider, or go back to the general release version? Is the issue fixed if you've gone Insider?

    Thanks.

    Hi Matthew,

Well that isn't confidence inspiring :/

At least with Office Insider, you can usually just clear out the beta and go back to general release without it taking your computer with you.

We're here if you've got Office Insider questions.

    Thanks

    Thanks Matthew,

Let us know how it goes.

Sorry, unfortunately I can't reply on how it went, as in the process of rebooting after applying the latest Insider Preview, my laptop BSOD'ed (or green screen of death for insiders), and it never recovered. Back to a "standard" build. Given that's the 3rd instance of an Insider Preview update killing my machines, I'm done with them!!
