Has anyone seen this before. Any advise on how to move back to default position?

Same here. Do people in MS actually use outlook? This does not make sense from a UI perspective.

Id like an option to re-organize this.

Add me to the list of people NOT HAPPY with the new location. It was nicer when it was right on top of the content I wanted to search.

This new search bar is absolutely terrible and in the worst location ever.  You've had 2 years of bad comments about the location of this thing and yet you still decided to roll it out?  Way to listen to your user base.  At least give us an option to go back to the old location.  This is terrible!

Please put the search bar back where it belongs and where you have trained us to look for it for the last 5 years.

    Thank you.
