Can not close "Your privacy option"-dialog when starting office app like Word or Excel

After a fresh install on a Mac Big Sur, (Current channel (preview)) I get a dialog when opening Excel or Word. First "What's new in Excel", then the dialog "Your privacy option". I can click on the OK-button, but nothing happens. When closing the window/dialog then also Excel is closed.

I am facing the same issue. I just installed all Office 365 apps on mac big sur and all of them are stuck on the same window. :/

Adding my voice, I also have the same issue as everyone else who noted this issue in this thread.

I'm suffering the same issue. I can only close the application, to re-open and get stuck on the dialog window again with the "ok" button not enabled.. It's driving me nuts espescially since I had to re-install Office because it suddenly deactivated and I could not re-activate.
