    Hi, can you share us the package installer link. I currently have office 365 (64 bit version). Was trying to install the TEAMS 64 bit version but the checkbox ticking option is still not working.

    Thank you, my friend, for your post about the mismatch between 32-bit and 64-bit versions! I fixed the issue by reinstalling the New Teams of the architecture matching Office version, which immediately solved the issue.

    If you download Teams Classic: https://statics.teams.cdn.office.net/production-windows-x64/1.6.00.29964/Teams_windows_x64.exe, open it up, Go into options and register as the teams chat app. Then you can click the option to "switch to new teams". Presence should then be active in outlook
