Manually Hide Teams Tool Bar during Presentations, or move it out of the way

Y'all closed the last thread about this so I'm opening a new one. The problem is still the same and the implementation still gets in the way of people doing business with your tool. What I don't understand is why the previous thread was closed with so many people over years complaining of the same problem. The toolbar getting in the way leads to wasted time telling others to wait to proceed so you can see what is on the screen. Come on, Microsoft, you can fix this.

A new post to reflect that this has been discussed and responded to numerous times in the thread "Hiding Teams Control Task Bar (at Bottom of Teams Screen) During a Meeting (So Screenshot of Shared Screen is Clean)". Despite being in the 'answered' state, this is still a major problem. The core problem is not related to screen shots, but usage in general.

The Teams Tool Bar is constantly in the way of presentations. Either my own, or the presenters. A mechanism is required to allow the user to manually hide, move or pin elsewhere the Teams Tool bar. 

Please fix.

    It's even worse in the "New" Teams (switched over about a month ago). https://answers-afd.microsoft.com/static/images/image-not-found.jpg

    The Share toolbar is bigger, top center, and doesn't minimize on it's own (and no, I don't have the toolbar pinned).

    1. Top center means that you can't even get to the browser tabs underneath it.
    2. The toolbar maximizes as soon as your cursor touches the minimized toolbar. Very frustrating when you are focused on presenting and just happen to drift in there.
    3. Even when mimized the bar is almost as tall as a browser tab, so it's still in the way.
      (Hint to MS: I already know I'm sharing from the big red border.)

    The ways I've figured out how to force it to minimize...

    1. Select something out of the shared area (ex. click on another monitor).
      (Hint to MS: Moving off the tool bar should be enough to make it minimize.)
    2. Go to the Windows Taskbar, click on the Teams icon, select the mini-image that represents the screen you are presenting
    3. Trigger my screen grab tool and cancel, then it minimizes

    Ironically, I can't include screen shots of what it looks like, because that last one prevents me. Evidently when you are taking a screen shot is the only time MS thought about it being in the way.

    Yeah, i'm with Roderick! It is frustrating, I am a developer working from home and I ALWAYS have to apologise to other people for waiting 1-2 seconds for this toolbar to get out of the way!

    It's embarrassing and wastes time during my work, please make it removable or movable to the side!!!

    Having to wait a few seconds is the problem. This is a meeting app that slows down meetings. In order to be able to see what is happening during the meeting, you must STOP the meeting and tell everyone to WAIT while we all wait for Microsoft Meet to get out of the way of the meeting.

    We need the ability to at least drag this control bar when screensharing to another monitor or as it's own app window. Both of these can be done in Zoom, and Teams is a meeting app so I'm disappointment to see that's not an option with Teams. Please at least add a toggle to enable/disable the bar in the interim.

    Thanks Steven Myers2. I'm in complete agreement!

    I am often in meetings where we need to look at different URLs - and it's so frustrating that I can't click on a tab in my browser window because the tool bar at the top covers up at least one browser tab, even when minimized.

    We need the ability to either completely hide or move the toolbar out of the way. I prefer being able to grab it and put it on my other monitor, completely out of the way but still accessible when I need it. A hidden or minimized one just pops up when you get close to it and still causes problems.
