Why is MS Teams jumping to a different chat than the one I chose to be in?

When I'm in a MS Teams chat with someone, it just jumps to another chat without notice. It happens when I'm not clicking on anything.

    My Team is all experiencing this problem with new teams jumping to other chats (randomly it seems).

    This is happening to me also.

    It's intermittent. I send many messages per day and do many calls and video meetings using teams. But one or two times per day it will switch to another chat just as I am about to hit enter on a message - and it will post the message in the wrong chat. Very concerning.

    I can't trust teams for private conversations anymore!

    I have not seen a correlation between what is typed and which chat it switches to.

    I have been seeing the same behaviour on my device for a similar amount of time also.

    If you get typing quickly and manage to type a couple of characters it sticks, but you've got to be quick or it jumps to some random other chat session. It is really, really annoying.

    Microsoft Teams version 24165.1414.2987.41.

    The client version is 49/24061318413.

    Running on Windows 10 Enterprise version 22H2

    OS Build: 19045.4529

    Dear Brett C-SA Thanks for your feedback! Very sorry for late reply!Based on your further description, I do apologize for inconvenience that it seems the option Disable hardware acceleration is currently not available in the new Teams.

    In the meanwhile, I do more tests, and it seems when you click another chat, before it competely change, and you type letter at once, The chat will jump to the chat of the name you typed at the same time starting with that letter.
