hi, When muting my Jabra headset by pulling the mic up, why does it mutes me completely and i cannot hear anyone talking? i can only hear people talking if I mute myself in MS teams and not via my headset, this was never the case before. Please help.

    Installing Dell Pair seemed to resolve it for me.

    I have Jabra Evolve2 65, with the same problem when connected via PC bluetooth and this worked for me. I've rolled back the driver and now I have version 10.29.0.6815. When I pull up the mic boom arm it only mutes my voice.

    However, The mute button somethimes does not work well. It mutes and unmutes at the same time.

    I also tried this and it work only if in Teams I'm muted. If not, when I press one of the volume buttons, audio comes only for half second.

    So, in the end, it's not very usefull this workarround, but thanks any way.

    I've also the Evolve2 65 and have the exact problem only with bluetooth. With USB receiver, I do not have that problem, or connected to my mobile phone.

    In Teams settings->Devices, I have 2 option in Speaker settings:

    1-Headset (Jabra Evolve2 65 Hands-Free AG Audio)

    2-Headphones (Jabra Evolve2 65 Stereo) (Bluetooth)

    I normally use the first one, which has this problem. I tested the second option, and same problem.

    I use Windows 10 Enterprise.
