Giphy/GIFs missing entirely from Microsoft Teams

Option to enable GIFs in messaging policy seems to be missing entirely now. Only Memes and Stickers are available. Was there a feature change or is there something at the administration level that we can do to re-enable this feature?

    Thank you, but that was already looked at. They are just gone.

    **UPDATE**

    They finally came back in the correct location under the emoji icon. So this still may be a good fix

    It seems to have been replaced under the Emoji icon. Click on the emoji icon and your Gif icon/app should appear at the top with a few additional apps.

    We are seeing that this is happening to folks in office and remote. Doesn't matter the network involved.

    1. tried clearing cache
    2. tried to uninstall and reinstall (which the installer on the web page is now a .msix which cannot run, smart move MS, make it an .exe) a. worked for about 5 minutes then reverted back to no GIF's or stickers
    3. Version: 24046.2809.2757.3796/Client Version: 49/24021528611

    Believe this to be a bug in the system
