My Airpod pro 2 doesn't work on Teams. They have no problem with other programs, and also work on teams on my phone.

They connect fine and I can see that they are selected in the teams settings. The app is also on the list of apps that can access the microphone and so on.

Furthermore I have disconnected them and reconnected them several times, I have also deleted Teams and installed once agin. Nothing works!!!!

It works fine otherwise and with other headphones.

I spent 2.5 hours yesterday doing allll of the steps I've found in every forum and I think rolling back the intel bluetooth driver worked for me. I did a test run with teams, Settings > Devices > Make a test call, and everything worked for the first time since this all started a few months back. I havent had an actual teams call to test it but this is promising. I think some things work for some people, and others work for some, its not a one fix works for all type of thing.

Windows Key + X > Device Manager > Bluetooth > Intel Wireless Bluetooth > Driver > Rollback Driver. Restart Windows. I also restarted my airpods before I rebooted, and re-connected them to windrows to have a clean slate on both accounts. Then made my test call with teams and it worked.

My Airpods Pro 2 stopped working completely with Teams like 2-3 weeks ago (prob after update).

    Not even Headphones without mic.

Well, RIP. Next time company changes laptops will ask for Mac.

    Hi

This did not work for me. I have the latest driver from Intel and the airpods still wont work fully with Teams. Using laptop mic, the airpods work fine as headphones. But using the Airpods mic turns off all sound in Teams

This is not a good answer, because Microsoft Teams has worked with my air pods ever since I got them. Years.

You have a new update, and now it does not work. It is not that "Microsoft doesn't support Apple." It's that your new software has a bug in it.

The right answer is: "thank you for that feedback. We see from this forum that is happening to dozens of people. We will communicate that to our developers and fix it in one of the upcoming updates."

I wasn't suggesting that anyone use a Mac for work when the company uses a PC. I was just complaining about MS/Apple in general. Old Teams and New Teams are both just as bad with this issue. My solution to this problem was posted earlier...I connect my airpods to my iphone...then get on the meeting in the Teams app on my iphone. Then I ALSO connect to thesame meeting on my PC (muted). That way the airpods give me sound/microphone thru my iphone, but I can use my PC computer monitor for the display.
