My Airpods Gen 4 is very soft when I am on a Teams call in the app, all the other apps work fine, Chrome and YouTube and even the sound when I am calling someone. When the call is answered the sounds goes down and is set to 100% but I struggle to hear. The Teams on the Web's sound works fine. Thus this is not a problem with the Airpods. Kindly assist how I can fix the Teams app.

Yep, i should have clarified that I have AirPods Pro so that I can do that as well. thanks!
I switched to Airpods Pro 2 because they have volume control in the stem, at first I had the same problem in teams with very low volume while all volume settings were on max, but it was solved by increasing the volume through the stem.
I have tried this, but there’s still no improvement. I want to emphasize that I have connected AirPods 4 to MS Teams many times, and the sound is always very quiet. However, there was one time I connected them, and the sound was loud and clear.
Did that and sorted it out.
Sucks because now I have to run an external Mic, but at least I don't have to switch between Headphones and Airpods the whole time.
