Force New Teams to open in Chat view, not Teams

My settings have always matched what you have shown, so I changed it and checked the New Window box. Logged out and back in again, only to have the exact same experience of TEAMS opening in a VERY RANDOM Team. I actually experimented with both buttons, and same result when I open teams.

FIX THIS! Look at OLD TEAMs and figure it out!

No rhyme or reason!! Typical Microsoft. Who tested this! ;)-

The new teams needs to have a way to open to the chat function. I tried to go to the url of the community and post a reply, but it says I'm not signed in and gives me an error when trying to sign in. I'm signed in to create this reply!

Here's the most recent example to understand the role of the product team based on user feedback:

Recently, our different product teams are still developing a lot of things in product services, such as the new Outlook, new Teams experience, and based on the different suggestions, our product developer team can conveniently design and develop new features and functions in the Different product experience so that all users can use the product in smooth way. But, to do this, we have to give very strong ideas to the product development team. Product teams are also comparing the proportion of user feedback and upvotes to make decisions to upgrade and develop products with more convenient feature options.
