Teams on Mac video is instantly choppy

I'm getting extremely jittery video despite a good connection. It looks like every few frames, a single frame from a second ago is displayed, causing both my video and other participants videos to just jitter in a really distracting way. It can't be my connection because I have a good ping & good connection, and its happening to my video as well.

    As a temporary solution either go into "Together mode", or use Chrome browser rather than the App.
    Test it out before your next appointment to allay your fears. Good luck

    I've noticed, on my Mac, that if I use the built in camera (not a USB one), and have the teams window on the Mac screen (not an extended display), that the juddering is reduced greatly.

    Anybody else experiencing the same?

    Same issues here, really annoying.

    After a long meeting it causes headaches.

    I have the same issues as described here.. the youtube recording of the symptoms represents exactly what i see...

    Teams Version 1.5.00.33356. It was last updated on 13/12/2022.

    Mac Pro 2017 on Intel i5

    Moc OS Ventura 13.1

    It's very annoying...
