Why is the "NEW" Teams so horrible??

Within the last month or so we go the pop up to try the "new" Teams... The new APP is having so many issues!! We use it for conference calls, and myself and others are having issues where the notifications are not showing, or when invited to a meeting it won't let you "join". I keep having audio (microphone & speaker) issues which I NEVER had previously. I really DO NOT like it. I've switched back to the older version for now. I simply refuse to keep dealing with all these NEW issues with the NEW version! :( It's simply horrible!

I can only agree with all of the above. New Teams is absolutely horrid. Completely counterintuitive, slow, microphone/headphones all of a sudden stop working, notifications of new chats very random. We also use it with snapper at work....which is a joy. NOT.

So as said before: roll it back!!!

    very disappointed.

I am sorry to say this.
While screen sharing its been the most frustrating part is the always lying top bar that simply doesn't go off. Simple things but very frustrating.
This is a problem when you have multiple tabs on top and you want to click one or two behind this stick top bar and you just can't. Anything that lies behind this is not accessible to click on to.

This problem was there in the classic one also and still continues to be in the new one.

I'm wondering if you have ever tested the new Teams before releasing it !!
It is so horrible (sorry for this), it makes the machine slow, the naviagtion is not intuitive at all, we are confused which popup to select while in a call, sometimes the upper part of the main popup is not longer visible in a way that we cannot search for a user, ....etc
I definitely recommend to roll it back and re-deploy the previous release.
I did not expect that from Microsoft TBH.

Clearly, MS does not care. It appears that folks who pay (or facility pays) seem to work ok; unlike Zoom and others that work well for everyone.

Whoever designed and vetted the new Teams should be forced to use it. I find it hard to believe this platform was deployed as is.

A simple process like adding a new contact to a category (which for some reason is included in 'People') is a 3-4 step process.
