Within the last month or so we go the pop up to try the "new" Teams... The new APP is having so many issues!! We use it for conference calls, and myself and others are having issues where the notifications are not showing, or when invited to a meeting it won't let you "join". I keep having audio (microphone & speaker) issues which I NEVER had previously. I really DO NOT like it. I've switched back to the older version for now. I simply refuse to keep dealing with all these NEW issues with the NEW version! :( It's simply horrible!

My team uses Teams heavily. With my vision impairment -- the lack of contrast -- and unreliability of the New Teams. We regret being tied to this software are exploring alternatives.
I hate it too. I have no list of members to see if they are busy or on a call. It's useless really. Mind boggling why Microsoft did this.
I'm on a Mac running macOS Monterey (12.7.5).
I tried clearing the Teams cache via the following commands but it did not help:
rm -rf ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.com.microsoft.teams
rm -rf ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.teams2
My connections to other organizations in Teams have all broken with new Teams. When trying to switch to another organization, which still works fine if I enforce starting up Teams classic, I get the error: "We have run into issues while switching to the selected account or org." There is no explanation or suggestions. So I have to revert to Teams classic. PLEASE DO NOT END SUPPORT FOR TEAMS CLASSIC UNTIL USER ISSUES ARE RESOLVED!

Just..it doesn't do that..Microsoft should stop trying selling plastic as it was gold, especially selling stuffs to many sales people that are very smart and knowledgeable about tech
