Why is the "NEW" Teams so horrible??

Within the last month or so we go the pop up to try the "new" Teams... The new APP is having so many issues!! We use it for conference calls, and myself and others are having issues where the notifications are not showing, or when invited to a meeting it won't let you "join". I keep having audio (microphone & speaker) issues which I NEVER had previously. I really DO NOT like it. I've switched back to the older version for now. I simply refuse to keep dealing with all these NEW issues with the NEW version! :( It's simply horrible!

    New Teams has caused us nothing but grief as an IT Team, Outlook online statuses have stopped working, video freezes or just doesn't work, calling issues, crashes. Our solution used to be to go back to Classic Teams but now they are taking that away and forcing us to use this piece of hot garbage. Don't force us to use something that is clearly broken for so many, fix it!

    I have teams with my Office 365 package. It works once, from then on it just hands when I try to open it.

    I agree. The new version is useless. Whatever upgrades you've supposedly made weren't worth it. If I could go back to the old I would but of course you've made it where I can't. Either give back all the options we had in the old or go back to it. You probably shouldn't update something until you can figure out how to not loose options we are used to.

    The new Teams is the worst and yet they are going to do away with the Classic teams. Dumbest decision ever!

    I actually really enjoy the new teams! I think it looks very sharp and was a bright and intelligent decision made by the team!
