I just started having the same problem. I really cant believe that Airpods and Bose headphones are not on the supported audio devices.

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

Have the same problem. Can't believe that Microsoft hasn't found a solution yet.
Hi.
My experience:
On other sw like zoom and gogle meetings this doesn't happen
Here's my current setup:
I've already managed to get around, but it's not the optimal solution.
To be able to use the earphones, I have to configure in Teams that the microphone to use is pc microphone and the speakers use the earphones.
It is not the ideal situation as the pc microphone does not pick up as much sound as the headset microphone.
If someone with Apple Airpods can try this option, perhaps it can help MS find an effective solution.
Thanks to all of you who replied!
It finally worked for me! All I did was switch off bluetooth on my iPhone when I use Airpod Pro for Teams calls on my Surface. I did not change any settings on my Surface.
