Hi all,

I recently installer MacOS Big Sur in my Macbook Pro from scratch (not upgrading from previous installation). Once the system was working, I installed the Office 365 suite from App Store and MS Teams from microsoft.com (Teams does not exists in the App Store). All software is working properly EXCEPT Teams. After installation and launch, I keeps freezed in the "Loading Microsoft Teams" view.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the package several times, restarted the machine, etc, but it still does not work.

Are there any procedures or fixed I should perform? Does Teams actually works on Big Sur?

Thanks.

Well, in my case it worked login with another account firs, but the actual issue seems to be the two factor authentication, in my case my main account is an O365 account with Two factor enabled and my student account doesn't have it enabled, I had no issue loggin in with the student account but was never able to first log with my main account, after I logged in with the other account I was able to login with the main one, but maybe the issue is that is doesn't know how to deal with the two factor issue...

Uninstall Teams first, then do these steps, then reinstall Teams.

    Thank you Nik.

Unfortunately, none of the methods worked to make Teams work. It keeps on this view. Are there any others methods I could try? This is mi work laptop and Teams is the main remote tool we use. I am considering to downgrade MacOS to make it work.

    Thanks for the help.
