Hi,
I use the wireless JBL Endurance Sprint Headphones to connect to meetings on my Teams app on my work laptop.
This was working fine until a few days ago. But, from the past few days my headphones gets disconnected every few seconds.
This is terribly agonizing - I can't hear the audio and get tuned out from the conversation. I need to turn on my headphones again every time it gets disconnected. I end up losing parts of the conversation and it gets extremely awkward frequently requesting the other person to repeat what they said.
I initially thought it might be my headphones, but it works really well with the same laptop on other applications. Works fine on other devices too.
I tried updating driver software for my Bluetooth device. Looks like it's up-to-date.
I have no idea how to fix this.
Similar questions had answers to uncheck the "Disable bluetooth device for power savings" under Power Management Tab ( Device Manager -> Bluetooth-> Adapter-> Properties). I don't see this tab anymore.
Please help fix this ASAP.

Hi,
I have the same issue using the Teams desktop app and my Sony wh-1000xm4 headset.
In the beginning of any call, everything works fine. After a few minutes, there is a notification message shown by the Teams desktop app that 'your device is not working anymore'.
It is annoying, frustrating and disappointing that the Teams app with all its bells and whistles can't maintain a basic Bluetooth connection during calls.
Even more disappointing is the fact that after so many people have complained about the same issue over several months, the developers have not/cannot/would not want to fix this bug.
My tribit 50 keep disconnect from teams whenever I on meeting, this is frustrating and end up i'm using wired on my tribit 50.
What is the purpose if my tribit 50 is Bluetooth enabled hence I need to use wire?
Thank you RP. Can certainly agree with #1 and #2 responses. Difficulty with #3 in the remote work environment we live in today.
