Unable to login to Teams - That code didn't work. Check the code and try again

Hello, I share the frustration but I think my issue is simpler. In attempting to set up MS Teams all goes well until I input the 4 digit 2FA code sent successfully to my phone. Clicking Next results in the error That code didn't work. Check the code and try again. in red. I've tried going back then a new code is sent - same result = frustrating Loop! My friend has the same problem on his Mac. I have Windows so thought I would have more success. A solution would be much appreciated!

Thanks for this but I have tried all your suggestions and I am still getting the same error - code doesn't work.

So I went onto the free for organisations link and that didn't work either and this time I am getting an error message of;

"Please request a new security code and try again. All previous codes have been invalidated" and this error message is in red font!

I have also tried to log into teams using my outlook.com e-mail address and I am getting the same error of code doesn't work.

I have tried uninstalling teams, reloading office and then reloading teams but there is no change.

Going to have to contact MS Support I think.

I am trying to login into Microsoft Teams. I enter email address and password and all is good. It then asks for my mobile number and sends me a txt msg with a 4 digit code. I enter this code and then get the following error: "That code didn't work. Check the code and try again." Obviously I have entered the code correctly. What to do next to get this resolved?

I too am having extreme difficulty signing in and need to utilise Teams asap. I have now got to the point that I have requested the 'code' to many times and have to try again tomorrow which I do not have the luxury as I require to log in for meetings early in the morning. I have even attempted to try a second email address and the same thing is now happening.

I receive the code, put the exact code in and it advises me "That code didn't work. Check the code and try again" I have done this repeatedly knowing the code is correct each time and now it will not allow me to go any further.

Please help.

I have tried using both of these links and I am having the same issue with both which is that I enter my email address correctly, I enter my password correctly and I enter my phone number correctly, I receive a code but then I enter the code and the message "That code didn't work. Check the code and try again" but it is definitely the right code. I have also tried using two separate email accounts and I have no idea what to do. If you could help that would be great
