Hiding Teams Control Task Bar (at Bottom of Teams Screen) During a Meeting (So Screenshot of Shared Screen is Clean)

Anyone know if there's a way to hide the default Teams meeting control task bar at the bottom of the screen so I can take screenshots of what is being shared/displayed on the without that in the way? Thanks.

Also, Teams isn't a "Category" option when I'm posting this. Nor is it listed in the "Office Topic" while "Skype" still is. Might want to update that since Teams has been released. As such, I'm having to post in "Unknown/Other".

Based on your description, you want to hiding the Teams control task bar (like below picture). I just tested this on my side, the task bar will auto hiding after you move your mouse outside of the sharing screen for a while. Could you please test this on your side to see if this works for you?

    Yes absolutely! It's hindering when hovering on the presentation screen.

    It does move when your cursor is off the shared screen for a few moments, unfortunately, it's usually just that one second too late and the opportunity is then missed to capture the screenshot.

    Hi,

    As I work with Teams I have found it generally to be better than Skype, and perhaps Skype for Business.  The one major drawback is the behavior of the toolbar.  It should be able to be minimized to a small circle or disappear entirely and pulled up with a right mouse click or some such.  If prior to a larger changed it could just be minimized so it could be pulled out of the way, that would be great.

    This is the kind of nonsense that drives people to other solutions, like Zoom.

    It's also particularly ridiculous from Microsoft (who seem to think it's fine to create 3-4 ways of getting to all functionality in Word, Excel, etc.

    There should absolutely be a way to control the visibility of this explicitly with a ctrl combo and/or attaching it to some edge/border/control panel of screen to get it the heck out of the way.  Nobody with a train in their head thinks that it's far, far, far more important to display the control of a meeting right on top of the meeting than to see the actual meeting content itself.
