MS Teams for mac unable to share desktop or other screens - app and online versions

In MS Teams , I cannot share my Desktop / Application Windows. Teams alerts me that it needs Screen Recording permissions, although I have actually granted these before, and the regarding boxes in System Preferences are already ticked. 

I have the newest version of Catalina and Teams. Nevertheless I don´t know exactly which applications are blocking the Teams screen sharing and why., I have followed all suggestions such as using the online version, same issue occurs, removing VPNs and rebooting and updating apps and the mac itself......I use Teams constantly for work and this is causing me a major hassle!

    I am having this same issue as everyone in this post.  I don't think I am working in full screen mode but will check next time.  My question is what is the Mac Preferences Box?  Do you mean System Preferences?  A specific app within?  Appreciate your help!!

    Same issue as the rest.  If NOTHING is in full screen mode, it will allow you to share the desktop.  Right now this is the only workaround I have found to work consistently.

    I tried something which seemed to work.

    Open Mac Preferences Box and leave it open and unlocked.

    Have the Teams Meeting Screen NOT in FULL SCREEN mode

    Not very scientific but it seems to work for now, hope that helps.

    Having same issue with Teams v.1.00.328778 on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7.

    Granted every permission.

    Switched On, Switched Off.

    UnInstalled and ReIstalled Teams.

    Same Issue persists.

    Started on 04/11/20 after most recent MS Teams Update.
