Hi,
I am using Microsoft Teams for my school. I am using EOS Webcam Utility (NOT Beta) with my Canon EOS 80D. It was working perfectly with video calls for school up until about two weeks ago. Now, whenever I turn on my camera in a video call (and the video setting is EOS Webcam), my Teams crashes and I get an error saying, "There was a glitch. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please sign in again."
In my school, there is an expectation that my camera is on, and my computer's webcam is unusable, so I really need this fixed, and quickly.

Found the 0.9 Beta and installed it. And they are both installed in Parallel in Teams.
Basically I did not have one of my Cameras with me, but if I select the Beta, it shows me the standard Background Picture, if I select the 1.1 Release, Teams is crashing. :-(

I have re-installed 0.9 but can't get it to work :-(
Before you join the meeting you can turn te camera off and/or adjust the settings
Hi - I tried going back to the beta version (0.9) but it did not help.
So you re-installed 0.9. Did you uninstall the non-beta (1.1) or keep it?
If you didn't remove the non-beta version it's still there and still can crash Teams. Check in team Settings > Device. If you see "EOS Webcam Utility" selected, quickly try to change it to the beta version (before the app crashes). (or just remove the whole driver/utility from Add or Remove Programs in the Windows control panel.) At least this how this issue is manifesting on my machine, it could be different on others.
Since today I have the same issue
Yesterday I could use one of my three EOS cameras (70D, 7D-II od 1DX-II) perfect.
installed already the US - 1.1.4 and the german 1.0 version.
Deleted all mentions files - nothing changed.
OBSas well caused the crash as soon I redirected to the EOS WEBCam utility.
