Hello all, as per the title description it was allw orking fine until latest days. When I share my full desktop in teams, other people sees a black screen, but sharing a single application works.

I've tried with the web app and it works fine, it's the local installation that is not working.

I've already tried to reinstall Teams and cleared all the cache but issue persist.

Anyone can help me out? it's driving me nuts

Thanks

Carlo

Having the same issue (again), cannot share screen if set to 3440 x 1440, must set it to a lower resolution.  Now running build as shown below:

You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.12058 (64-bit). It was last updated on 5/6/20.

Teams updated to .12058 and can not share the screen with a resolution of 3440x1440

You have Microsoft Teams Version 1.3.00.12058 (64-bit). It was last updated on 5/2/20.

    Just a heads up!

I have the same issue.  Teams does NOT support 3440 x 1440 screen resolution.  In order to share a desktop in Teams, we need to lower our resolution.  I do NOT have this issue with Webex or Zoom.  This lack of support of high resolution monitors is a Teams issue.
