iPhone Teams App Keeps Crashing

Aloha, I am currently using the Microsoft teams app on my iphone, however the app keeps on crashing. I still receive notifications and the app opens, however it will not stay open for any longer than about 4-5 seconds.  I have tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the app and also restarting my device but to no avail  Both my device and app are up to date.  Apple said that they were unable to help me on their end because Teams is a third party app.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Mahalo in advance for your help.

    Same problem here.

    Problem originally started on July 27, while running iOS 13.5.

    • Uninstalled/reinstalled Teams
    • Updated to iOS13.6
    • no change
    • Submitted logs to Microsoft.

    Running on an iPhone Xs.

    I was able to get the log files sent to Microsoft.  

    1. Enter Airplane mode
    2. Open the Teams App
    3. Go to Settings
    4. Go to Help and Feedback
    5. Report an issue
    6. An email message opens up  (I added my email address to confirm delivery)
    7. Turn Wi-Fi back on
    8. I was able to click send on the email before the app crashed again. 

    Hopefully this helps get the issue resolved quicker. 

    I did this as well, great idea. 

    EVERYBODY NEEDS TO DO THIS.

    I am having the same issue. When I MS Teams on my iPhone, it crashes about 2 seconds later. This keeps happening over and over.   This problem just started today.  MS teams was working fine yesterday. 

    iPhone Software version: 13.5.1.

    The only version that seems to be working is Laptop.  I have the newest technology in iPhones and iPads. The app is crashing on ALL devices other than a Laptop

    Same issue here with iphone XS, iOS 13.6. App worked fine yesterday.
