Accessing Teams App

Hi,

I can access Teams via a web browser but I am having problems access Teams via the app.

When I start Teams app I get the small box with the Teams icon and it says "Loading Mircosoft Teams..." the three dots look as if something is loading however it doesn't progress from this screen.

Does anyone have any ideas why I can access via the browser but not the app? I have tried to reinstall the app, but that didn't help.

    Hi Daniel,

    The join link didn't work - I think it defaulted to my personal account.

    I'm not sure how I can add my personal account to the TIC org as it is the same email address - would this be possible?

    I think the issue is around the two users I have (personal and work) however they have the same email address.

    If I use a private browser I am able to login with my work account. If I don't use a private browser I seem to be 'stuck' in my personal account and therefore unable to login to my org.

    Can I remove the personal account from my desktop, to see if that resolves it?

    Please try to login to MS Team online with the join link for the org and see how it goes. Just log into MS Team like you normally do.

    If still doesn't work please add your personal account as a co-team owner to TIC org.

    I'm using the link URL for the org so that TestUser can join the team. Teams is looking for an email though.

    Could you please add another of your personal as a member to the TIC organization then try to access the account from the problematic computer.

    If you experience no issue with the personal account then make the personal account to be the co-team owner of the TIC organization and see how it goes.
