Bluetooth Headset not working with teams.

I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.

1)Hesh 3 Stereo

2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio

When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

    It's now November 2024 and this is still a massive issue... When is Teams getting fixed so it works with Bluetooth headsets???

    Agreed, And now it is 2025 and I still can't get Bluetooth headphones to work in teams. They work in Zoom so I have no idea. Just did my first Teams meeting of the year and several of us couldn't get our mics to connect to Teams.

    Funny this tread is 4 years old and it still happens today. Every morning I have to do a test call to see if my bluetooth headset is going to work or do I have to fall back to corded headset. Teams also runs the person one on my corporate workstation. Micro$loth just can't seem to get teams right.

    Hello,

    I seem to have the same problem with Bluetooth with teams call in my android phone.(Samsung galaxy note).

    Any suggestions.
