Bluetooth Headset not working with teams.

I have a pair of Bluetooth Skullcandy Hesh 3 Headphones, and they have 2 connections with my laptop.

1)Hesh 3 Stereo

2)Hesh 3 Hands-Free AG Audio

When I use Hands free AG Audio, there is some static disturbance. When watching videos, stereo option gives great sound quality but for some reason it doesn't give any sound during a meeting in teams. In device settings during a meeting, once I choose Hesh 3 Stereo, the voice just stops.

Well, four years later and issue still exists. Unfortunately I have LE BT devices like mouse, keyboard... and my Sony WH-1000MX5 works only on AG/hands free mode. What's more after OS restart I need unmute manually on first call I have on teams. Windows 11. It doesn't look good... Maybe some software fix after 4 years?

This would be a great solution on my personal desktop, but I'm on a business machine without admin access. Just for the record, the issue still appears to be happening after 3 years. Good luck folks.

Thanks for sharing this info! I'll pass this on to our Infrastructure Team to see if they can bring it up with Microsoft in the communications.

Agree with you, but also, it means Microsoft doesn't give a damn about users; otherwise, Teams should be already fixed by now and ready to work with all these Bluetooth devices

Yeah I have played around with it, and gotten it to work occasionally. But it then it suddenly stops working even though the config is unchanged. Very weird.
