JBL TUNE500BT headphones with microsoft teams

I just bought JBL TUNE500BT headphones and works perfectly but on microsoft teams the sound is robotic. I tried many ways in settings but sound still not good. Is there any special driver or settings?

    Oh, ok. I see.

    I'm now using a workaround.

    I've disabled the hands-free device in the device manager. In MS Teams, I'm then setting the remaining "Stereo" device as output and the jacked ear-buds from my previous head-set as input.

    That still ties me to my seat, because I can't walk away long distance from the mic. But it works like a charm, I have great sound (and warm ears ;-) )

    Looks like it's not going to be fixed, I got the JBL TUNE 600BTNC.

    And with that it is working, even in MS Teans?

    Hi,

    I tried this procedure with MS Teams and it didn't worked. The sound is still robotic.
